We provide several levels of confidentiality protection for Job Seekers.

Confidential Resume Posting:

Job Seekers have the option of posting their resume as "Confidential." This means that no user account information is made public for employers.

Internal Messaging System:

To facilitate communication between Employers and Job Seekers with Confidential Resumes, we provide an Internal Messaging System.

• An employer browses your resume. All personal information is omitted and "contact jobseeker" link appears in its place.
  
  
• The prospective employer sends a message to your ClassifiedSolutionsGroup.com In-box (which you can access on your personal ClassifiedSolutionsGroup.com Homepage).
  
  
• You receive an alert via e-mail.
  
  
• Log on to your personal ClassifiedSolutionsGroup.com Homepage to read messages from prospective employers.
  
  
• If interested send reply to employer.
  
  

The send/receive features of the Internal Message System are located on the respective Personalized Homepages of the Job Seeker and Employer.
